Why not? He clearly thought it was acceptable to show off to his mates.
If it was my son i’d drive him personally to the SOL and make him wash the statue, replace the flowers then drop him off at the local nick with a copy of the video.

I know what you mean but if I had placed those flowers there I would certainly not want that piece of shit replacing them. Memory would be tarnished.
