I suppose that game really deflated me and there seemed such a huge gulf in quality but given how much their team cost compared to ours hardly surprising
Can’t wait for next game ..Bruno vs Granit should be interesting

I’ve seen some of their lot reference the cup game as proof they’d batter us this season.

Conveniently ignoring the fact that was a completely different Sunderland side (Hume & Ballard aside, who may not be first choice by the time we play them).

Insane to suggest because they beat a mid table championship side one year, it’ll be the same result when it’s two premier league side. They could be in for a big shock.

Get a big loan bid in there for him with the option to buy him for a set fee in the summer.

Send Mayenda to somewhere like Boro on loan for the rest of the season.

Aye ano. Do a deal with Juve & Leipzig to cur short his loan at Juve and for him to come to us.

Seems as though this isn’t an option anyway as I didn’t realise he’d played for Leipzig before his transfer to Juve which means he’s played for the maximum number of clubs this season.

He may as well not play here as not play at Boro. They aren’t bringing in anyone to do owt but sit on the bench. They’re flying.

If he’s not good enough to challenge and then break into their team in the league below us…

Then he’s never making it here then.

To which I think he won’t now mind. We’re excelling at such a rate he’ll get left behind.
