Any decent young un we produce gets snaffled by the bigger unit.

I hear people saying they have over 100 juniors at various clubs in and around Tyneside. And none of them are in the top division of the feeder leagues never mind the NEPL so to say its a detriment to other clubs is disingenuous to the clubs that seem to do very well at attracting and keeping youngsters.
