Out of interest any local team interested in a friendly league ?

We are currently in a formal league which has been unsustainable due to spread of teams

Not sure what we will do next year but just out of interest any local team interested in games ?
( had an SMB league few years ago that was a great success )

Can think of 3 teams who would be keen.

Knights also who I think you played yesterday altho I've never been a fan of theirs.
 
Been thinking. Greys college (Durham have a team), I'll drop you contact details for them next time I see you.
Most of teams mentioned are 2/3 team (teachers are very 3rd team) standard whilst the Architects can be very strong as you saw at Burnmoor the other week - they would finish half way up NEDL in my opinion. Knights can be strong too although I haven't played them for a few years whilst Durham Uni staff have 2 or 3 good cricketers with the rest making up the numbers. They do occasionally allow students to play like the Sri Lanka U19 bowler who nearly killed me a few seasons ago.
Be carful with team selection as you won't get teams wanting to play you regularly if your winning by 100 runs or whatever

As I said not sure if this will happen will depend on what league we are in
next season

It's a bit midweek cricket for lads we certainly won't be looking to bully teams about ( bit like early season when we played about 5 first team players and lost to a team that had
not won a game for two years ! )

Thanks for your help mate perhaps we can get our heads together a bit later on
