I am reconciled to the fact people will break the rules. I'm not really bothered. I might if they are really risking the piss but otherwise I wont.

They isn’t. My oldest is year 1. Wrap around childcare has been removed by the school.

Managed to get a childminder three days a week and my missus is able to go in a little late and leave early two days due to her timetable at work.

It is barmy. School should have breakfast clubs and after school for any kid that wants it. Just let them play in the playground.

Well you’re assuming the CPS won’t prosecute people for failing to comply with a fixed penalty notice.

I’m pretty sure they do for other offences which sit under FPNs so why wouldn’t they for this?
