I do think it should have a live stream. Plenty of worried club and league men watching.
All I know is rainton will play cricket somewhere next year. We just don't know who against, which league it will be in, what format it will be.

League announced a week that kimmer wanted promotion so they’d relegate

As long as a club is relegated to replace them then NEDCL can survive. Without relegation it becomes an issue. Kimmer meet almost all criteria. Only lacking juniors I think.

Yeah two teams from Division 3 will be promoted - motions will require a majority of two thirds of member clubs.

For season 2018 only:
There will be no relegation from the NEPL Premier Division. The top
placed club from the NEPL First Division will be promoted to the NEPL
Premier Division.
There will be no relegation from the NEPL First Division
There will be no relegation from the NEPL Second Division. The top placed two clubs from the NEPL Third Division will be promoted to the NEPL Second Division.
