has total staff headcount dropped or risen over the past year?
before KLD came we had no COO, DOF or chief scout...

I don’t know total headcount. Many staff haven’t returned from furlough though. Some high profile, some less so. And the ticket office and club shop arrangements show staffing hours and numbers have been reduced. Academy coaching staff haven’t been fully recruited to (or at least hadn’t to my most recent knowledge) and gaps were being filled by Foundation of Light coaches for the most junior age groups. The U23 position remains not properly recruited to to my knowledge.

The positions you mention have effectively been rebadged. What was once upon a time Tony Davidson / Jim Rodwell, Hill and Coton, is now Davison, Speakman, Harvey.

The organisation hasn’t been expanded to the point that we could say there’s been major investment in the infrastructure to improve the long term health of the club.

Not confirmed yet. As you'd expect the supporter's groups have been speaking to the club (and will raise it with kld) and are hopeful that the club might reconsider. Equally the club are very well aware of the very negative reaction its had throughout the fan base (as they definitely do monitor social media). Given how shit we are at the minute I'd say I'm at least 50% confident that they'll scrap the idea. If not they'll deserve all the criticism they get

Business suicide if they pass on their mess to the customer/fan base.
As you say they will deserve everything that comes their way

ythey arent..safc doesnt have a 100per cent owner and has not budgetd for the club to get by on its own income this year..they have committed to putting many millions of their own in..
well okay but presumably budgets are proposed agreed and abided by. There's no scope for a HNWI to unilaterally improve the club

If they do it will be testament to the value of RAWA but also credit to the club for listening.
ITKs are great. These threads can be popcorn worthy! What I hate is ‘I know something but I’m not saying’. That can only be deemed attention seeking, surely? If someone has info they won’t share with the board, why mention it and piss people off? They could just say nothing.
The ITKs who said Keane was 'done' were quite a few. It was funny watching them squirm to say why they were wrong. The Keane situation must have been the biggest example of ITKs turning into RAOS en mass.

well ues budgets are agreedat the start of the year...but one cshareholder could announce for example..that he wanted to loan the club money or indeed do a share issue...

KLDs bought the twat twins out and him and Juan are amalgamating with the mags owners to shut us both down to create a super club playing in Gatesheed-Washy borders called the NorthumbriarabIan Reejunals in a 200,000 stadium. R&W striped adaptable seating/standing in the south stand and b&w in the North stand. R&B striped shirts worn whenever possible, shorts to vary according to opposition. Rainbow woke seats along the sides.
A Bilbao type locals only recruitment policy to be adopted using only players from within the extremely variable borders of the old Anglo Saxon kingdom of Northumbria and some Arab lads.
Bring em all home.
All current statues to be repositioned once stadium is complete.
🤬🤬
