Joe Anderson started in a 0-1 defeat for Shrewsbury Town Vs Lincoln City.

Alex Bass with another clean sheet, this time in the big south-west London derby. A 3-0 away win for AFC Wimbledon Vs Sutton United.

Any idea how Anderson has been playing?

Also it's hilarious that Bass has clearly been a hit at Wimbledon, and that Carney is back at Man Utd. Two keepers we have essentially decided to write off.

No idea about how Anderson has performed. Just updating from twitter.
Bass...needs game time and is that his level? League 2.
Carney is without a club and without a wage, currently on trial. They are short in numbers at the moment for 21s so would make sense for Man United, but is it challenge for him? Could say gets him in the shop window but needs competitive football.
Would you suggest we kept them? I couldn't see either playing for our 1st team.

No, I think it's right that we let Carney go and Bass never really showed himself capable here, it's just funny how there fortunes appear to be reasonably rosy. We would appear to have better coming through.

I agree too mate. I hope Carney gets sorted, came across as a nice kid. Bass needs games and at a level suitable.

I'm not writing Bass off just yet. He must be 24 / 25 which is still young for a keeper. It will do him the world of good playing a full season of first team football.
I agree also. I just don't see him at championship and potentially above. He's had a stale season so playing first team is essential. Might come good.

I just look at Ben Wilson as an example. He dotted about from club to club as a no. 2 until he's 30s and now he's Coventrys no. 1. The club may see potential in Bass
