Amazing. A 10 hour recipe for to make a cheese sandwich, starting the night before.
No good for lifes stumblers ,i'm more a planner .Doddle
Take 4 or + slices out, then some more as you use last
Defrosted bread's not the same though.
I'd debate it if you weren't a white sliced lad . To be fair i only use sliced for toast ,you deserve better for a sarney or bait

I'm jumping between
fresh finished part bake baguettes or sourdough loaf
Seeded bun, onion bread bun, sourdough bun from local spar with bakery
Bergen sliced ,taken out of freezer night before

got some soup today with small part bake rolls i cooked this morning ,still warm in foil

Gan hard as rocks the next day. Completely unsuitable for night-before sarnie making.

Disagree. Never had an issue
I Do them when my sons over for his school bait too and he wont have anything else
Crusty outer with a bit chew in it and soft centre . Sounds like you over cook

We’ve got a nice burlap and linen bread sack to keep the stuff fresh.

It sits neatly folded and unused by the bread bin as we just do the old spin and fold thing before chucking it in.
