Shame but hope they use the compensation well.
Back in days of FM when I enjoyed it , I used to use Lincoln for various yearly saves. Think it was FM21 when I got them to prem. Might put in for the job

Always used to start with Lincoln. They had a number of good young first team players and at least 1 a season coming through the academy

Made the playoffs the season before last and Bristol City supporters would probably argue that they're the biggest club in the EFL never to have played in the Premier League (Millwall and Preston could also argue that, Wrexham might true but they clearly aren't).
At the same time, it is a real shame for Lincoln as Skubala seems to have been key to their success.
