We've reverted to three at the back fairly regularly recently during games though.

If he's gone with a partnership of an incredibly out form Bailey Wright and a nowhere near match fit Tom Flanagan then he needs his head checked. Has to be a back three.

Hes used this system a few times. I dont think he moves Onein from CB or chucks in Flano in a 2 for his first game back. I think Lincoln are meant to have suspect full backs aren't they so maybe the thinking is Hume and Mcgeady down the left and Gooch and Jones down the right doubling up will do the trick.
