Liam Rosenior

At this stage I would concur with your final paragraph. But even then we have to make some major assumptions. That the club are taking on board the errors of last season. Otherwise he or anyone else for that matter has got no chance.

Yes - agree. We need to adapt in many ways, coach is just the beginning.

Jack Ross cardy too tight and the skinny tie is pure Sunak - really out of fashion now.

Have to credit Rosenior though, that’s a solid and classic look. He looks mint.

Glad we did tbh, otherwise this summer Speakman would have been launching the Mike Dodds project.

So thank fuck Beale blew up so spectacularly to expose how shit an idea that venture was.

We may still have Mike Dodds project: part deux yet mate 😆

Completely agree Steve I don’t think the head coach is going to be the issue I think we’ll get someone good enough.

I think the real proof will be in who we recruit, if we get a strong winger, striker and midfielder at least alongside the younger unproven players I’ll be happy. But if it’s a window of players that might or might not make it we’ll potentially struggle

Without doubt we have the nucleus of a very good Championship side. The CF position filled with two players who are capable of playing championship football right now( not in a years time), a DCM player, I agree a wide player as at least Clarke and possibly Roberts could leave and an experience CH. For me those five signings as a minimum and with the right coach we should be at least challenging for a play off spot.

Our best first 11 is a fairly good championship side, but once you start getting down into the squad, they are bang average and wouldn't get a game for other sides in the league.
So to give a new manager a chance we've got to try and hold onto our top players for this window at least, and bring in 5-6 quality championship players.

We have no good enough strikers one good enough winger who will leave and 2 good enough cbs and no dms we need a lot more than 5 players.
