At first glance it seems madness, yet with the players at his disposal, they really should have finished above Norwich, and arguably WBA. I do wonder how easy it is to rate him as a manger given the squad he's had - seems to have a decent reputation, but if he came to you, would your board back him financially, like Hull seemed to do last season?
