There is something fundamentally wrong, the owner and Speakman are not competent enough. The arrogance of one far outweighs his own belief in his ability, the other hasn’t got the business sense that fundamental changes are needed to take this club forward both in personnel and it’s so called model.

I think Rosenior is a lot like Mowbray in coaching and the way Mowbray was a bit underwhelming when he was appointed. I'll just be glad when the whole thing is done! Then I can look forward to August and the first home game!

As soon as Neil and Mowbray used their relative success to carp about the deficiencies of the model they were gone for one reason or another.
