Liam Plunkett - mental health

He's made a few daft choices in life, but he was canny with us and his mam and dad were absolutely spot on whenever we spoke to them. I heard his interview about this a while ago on BBC Tees and it was a good listen. He's done well for himself and had a good career. He hinted on about playing cricket for the USA as well

Really good article, and a tremendous beard

He has been treated very poorly imo, to find out on social media is bad form
Having Denly in our white ball stuff must be the real kick in the balls for him.

Plunkett has been vital to our ODI success. If they dont view him as right for any of the world cups coming up then that's professional sport. But then you pick the rest of the side based on that.

Yep it isnt classy. But its 100% true.

One of them things thats entitely accurate but if anyone dare say it, outraged modern society gets irate and starts shouting for peoples heads. HOW DARE YOU.

Plunkett didn’t drink for a year before the World Cup. And as a general point let’s keep this thread with nothing that needs deleting...

Typical shithouse behaviour from the ECB/establishment.

He was on Tuffers and Vaughan a few weeks ago, was a very enjoyable listen.

Always seemed a good lad, friendly and worked hard to turn his career around. Shocking treatment from the ECB, doubt it would have happened if he played for Kent.
