Hmmm, beginning to wish my carefully constructed 41 v Middleton Tyas last season had been recorded for posterity. Otherwise, the CV is somewhat lacking...

He was here 22 years and I never met any member who could claim that they knew hin. Strange bloke. His c.v. will look great given the number of England players produced under his watch as either captain or coach. Wouldn't know how mu ch that's down to him though.

That probably sum up Lewis. In 22 years at the club nobody really knew him. As Captain and coach always appeared to be to be over shadowed by bigger characters. But he must have something to last 22 years at a county in various roles, and that coup he was involved in to nobble Benks was ruthless.
