I agree.My mate died of cancer a few years ago and during his suffering he met the Robson family and said they were lovely people.Had a few fundraising events since for the foundation.Sir Bobby's son attended one which was great.I can't speak for anyone but I wouldn't like it if people were using a member of my family in the way the mags are.It's frankly sick.

Since they spat on him his family ignore all the shit the club do in his name. Other than the charity work they do.

Far be it from me to publicise which pub this is.

There's also a core group of the more right wing-extreme sort who openly discuss using the forum to promote their views.

I've lurked for a few months and I know all this, which clearly means those who run and moderate the site are also fully aware.

Now readytogo.net pops in the media sometimes. E.g. the plane flybys and the MH 17 collection. If those media outlets really knew what the site was used for, I reckon it would bring the whole place would crashing down. "

Just jealous that we have a proper forum with loads of members from all over the world whereas the mags just have a few internet ghost towns populated by very very angry teenagers and 20somethings

Just to clarify for the benefit of the people who don't actually know me, so it's here in black & white.

I've never asked anyone from here for a fight, I've simply accepted offers of a fight or invited people being aggressive and insulting to repeat their disgusting comments to my face. I always sit in the same place, in the Victory and, due to the amount of internet ninjas who've insisted they were 'coming to get me', I thought it polite to warn the landlord in case anyone ever carried out their 'threat' ........ no one ever has.

As regards money being handed over, this is the 50 pence that everyone has to pay as they enter the Victory, nothing more.

I've never had a cross word with a 'Mackem' in there and doubt whether I ever have on this forum. The same cretins who post this shite, over there, are the same wums who come on here trying to stir up trouble between us ....... the tone and text are virtually identical and it's always the same lies.
I never ever insult decent people and only ever retaliate when idiotic people become abusive and then they get both barrels, I won't apologise for that.

I love Sunderland, and all the decent people who support the club, as the ones who've actually met me would testify.
I would never say anything on here that I wouldn't to someone's face. The difference is that these wankers would never repeat it to your face. And that, ladies & gentleman, is why these internet people feel safe enough, behind their keyboards, to say things they'd never dare to in real life.
