Believing that we didn't do the deed is their solace. The fact that the rest of the football world and beyond firmly believes the opposite and has that fact permanently embedded into their consciousness is something they would rather not contemplate.

They will have it thrown at them for decades, as the switched on among them know.

just watched some of the match again and we win and them and Norwich are doomed!
says it all for me!

first time I seen my skunk father in law last night and he said nowt! football is always the first thing he would talk about

So what are our aspirations next season without them?
Hopefully a European place with a good start :)

Why are they so deluded in thinking we didnt send them down? Have one mag one whatsapp coming up with all sorts. From they sent themselves down, 38 games etc. Wont even listen to any reason. Everton game, one place above them, four points taken from them etc.

This mag even came up with this shit analogy. Shows you how much we have them rattled. Says that three men are drowning and there is only one life jacket a few meters away. Safc swam there 1st as they knew the waters well. Because we got the lifejacket 1st, doesnt mean we killed them. Apparently we wouldnt get done for murder in court. I asked him to place the three factors above (everton etc) in his analogy, he said it was a big wave that interfered. I was gobsmacked that I was even responding to this guy who is clearly in denial.

I am trying to think of a better analogy. Anyone help?
