We were told Corey Evans & Maguire were awful players, so will reserve judement until we've seen him at SAFC.

From what I can see from the games ive watched online, he looks very one footed (Right) so to play someone like that on the left wing like they did last season is a complete waste.

But what did he say?

Basically that he developed early and looked like he was going to become an excellent player, but has fallen by the wayside somewhat and not developed. Can be a bit petulant when things don’t go his way and tends to go in for play acting a lot.

He did add that with the right guidance he could still be a really good player.

He had high praise for Hoffman.

I thought we were told he was a good player but injured all the time?

I expect that if he hadn't taken by the wayside a little, a Bayern player wouldn't be signing for us.

We'll need to give all these young lads s bit of time and patience. Not all of them are going to be brilliant. They probably don't have to be.

I’m sure LJ said or alluded to be looking at signing players who should be / have the talent to be , playing at a higher level than this but have something small in their way, I’d like that examples could include injury problems, lack of senior experience, blocked pathways at previous clubs etc and that we can develop such players to reach their proper potential. These Bayern lads would fit the bill for that ‘gamble’

The little thing in Hoffmans way was the best goalkeeper in the world tbf. So not surprising he wanted to move on

Fkn loves it does Dajaku.

Was at the academy weight training and then shooting practice, on his own, on his day off (the other day).

and tonight he’s outside the SoL posting videos just filming the gates at the ground loving it.

I believe both the German lads are in the Hilton for now so he’s probably just nipped out to stretch his legs

He's a young lad that might have took some things for granted at BM and had a bit of set back in his progress. He looks hugely talented and composed on the ball. Maybe he might be the type to thrive on the attention he would get at a club like Sunderland if things go well for him.

It might be the making of him and the wurst that can happen is he gets sent back at the end of the season.

After listening to the what the falk podcast about these two german lads i’m looking forward to seeing them play. Exciting signings compared to some of the previous windows signings.

his run off the ball was pretty much an assist the first goal against Wigan. Seems to have a very decent football brain and has really bought into things. Probably great for the Hoff having another German lad there. They both seem to have settled very well.
