Leeds want Isidor

The problem for Isidor is that he is fantastic at playing on the break but not as good when we are control with heavy possession.

If we went ahead in games more and therefore holding on in the last 20 minutes he would get loads of goals on the break.

We shouldn't let him go on the cheap as he will do someone a really good job.

If he wants to go then we have to let him go i guess but strikers who know where the goal are are like hens teeth these days, we dont want to end up with worse at £25M spent

Once Brobbey was signed, his days were numbered. He's got very good movement, but lacks Brobbey's other qualities. I would liked to see him get a run on the left wing, but he deserves to play 1st team football.

Not when the squad is loaded with wingers. We'd have to sign a couple of wingbacks and/or train the likes of Talbi and Angulo to play as wingbacks.

I don't mind the idea tbh, it suits us defensively (balanced back 3 of Alderete, Ballard, Mukiele) and I like the idea of an extra attacking player up near Brobbey.
You say we're loaded with wingers. Im not sure RLB really fancies any of them that much. Do we have a right winger? And on the left Le Fee is better central, Talbi has shown he can play at wing back and doesn't get as many minutes as i think he's deserved so far. Angulo a bit close to judge so far.

I could see hume and reinaldo being very good wing backs so i don't really agree about that either
5-5-2 for me
Well it worked for Tranmere, the cheating bastards

Reinildo isn't a wingback in a million years, he's a 33 year old fullback. I'd be very concerned if he was our left-sided attacking width. Not sold on Hume doing it either, but he is an option there.

I could see Talbi doing it tbh, he certainly has the engine and the pace/dribbling for it, and isn't afraid to track back and get up and down. Angulo I'm not sure, bit of a square peg in a round hole there maybe. Traore can't do it, but he needs replacing anyway really.

Angulo has played at LWB before. Regis mentioned it when we bought him.
He's just not good enough as a footballer to play at the top level unfortunately.

Yet he's been linked with a number of PL teams

Reinaldo is up and down the field anyway and often provides attacking width down the wing already?

He doesn't really, and he also has a winger in front of him. He's too defensive, too old, not quick enough and not good enough on the ball to be a wingback. His legs are slowing as well, they have been since AFCON.

Tin hat on but I would have started him v Man U. Has looked good in his last couple of cameos. He likes to play the lines and when Enzo is in the middle he has someone who can play the passes. We just don’t play to his strengths.
This for me as well. Like the lad, needs to be given more minutes

Leeds are heavily linked to Lois Openda, so i think Wilson would be an option down the line, if others don't work out. Farke is an admirer though! I wonder what price he will go for?
