Leeds want Isidor

Definitely - it will be a hard sell to other strikers.

But it may be they don't trust Wilson enough to bring him on for a chunk of time. It tends to be last 10 minutes he gets, rare does he come on at 60/65 minutes. If they find a better option you might see him rotate more.

Here's hoping because we are going to need to find a way to score more goals next season. I think having proper wingers will help instead of midfielders playing out wide, but we do need to find someone who can rotate/play alongside Brobbey.

Personally, I think Wilson and Brobbey could have been a quite lethal partnership tbh, but Regis tends to lean towards a more cautious approach, which (to be fair) has got us where we are. He's probably going to have to switch that up a bit next season with more rotation and being a bit more adaptable.
Man City have too many quality players on the bench, such as Foden, who has just signed a new contract.
Even if you’re unhappy about sitting on the bench, you have to work harder and fight your way back into the team. A new season is coming up, so everyone gets a fresh start — especially with new players arriving who may suit the system better.

Come on fella, comparing us to Man City is just plain daft mate and bring up Foden, who's played plenty of football this season to Wilson is just a bit bizarre!

I agree, players do have to work hard, but we don't set up to play to Wilsons strengths. Brobbey isn't really in the team for his goal scoring, he's there to play with his back to goal and hold the ball up for others.

If that's how Regis wants to continue to play, there's little point in buying another striker that likes the ball infront of him.

not a plain daft, im just speaking fact mate.

He’s never really nailed down a “home” in his career, think he thrives on the initial impact then it dies down then he moves on.
Yep it’s a theme, he will no doubt start well wherever he goes next. However the litmus test seems to be 6-9 months in or when the deal becomes permanent. Like him but we need better if we’re likely to progress, if we can get £20-25m out of Leeds for him I’ve got faith that money will be put to good use.

I really like him but I think it's just a case of we don't play in a way that best suits his strengths.

He's a very much "off the shoulder of the defender" type of striker, which just isn't how we set up or play now, and we don't rack up chances.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him go somewhere else and score goals, but suggested bids of £20m-ish would probably suit everyone - club and player.

That said, not sure I'd be too keen on selling him to another PL club in case it comes back to bite us mind. There's a reason he seems to be linked to several and they obviously see something in him.

I could definitely see him doing well at a club that plays a more aggressive game. Obv this would be a massive f***ing No No but had the mags spent 20m on isidor instead of 60m on Missa he’d have done f***ing miles better. Like exponentially

Sad thing is, you just know he is gonna leave and the club he goes to will see him score almost every game.

Its a shame tbh.
Why - he never has before in his entire life.

This is good news - if a prem team wants him that's good money that we can use to get much better.

thinks leeds were nervously when Isidor came on. No wonder why they want him lol funny that.
He is so so quick and I think top championship side that suit him. He looked stronger recently tho.
But a new offside rules is coming that probably suit him! Going to be very very very interesting season.

Interesting perspective…. The offside law is still in trial stage , nothing certain about that.

More chance the penalty box will get less physical and hence he comes into his own

Wilson has 5 goals to Brobbey’s 6. The last time Wilson played at least 45 mins in a game was away at City in December. I do think ideally we need to buy better in the Sunmer, which will cost a lot of money, but it’s hard to judge Wilson given how he’s been frozen out.

I like him and would ideally like him to stay, and find a way to play so we get the best out of him, but it might be a case of him having to move on, to get more game time, elsewhere.

I would like to have seen him get at least the last 15 to 20 minutes against Man Utd on Saturday.

His pace late in the game, could've made a difference to the result.
