Leeds away £47

Sorted. I won't go to either. I was at £46 West Ham game years ago. We need some organisation by someone we can trust. RAWA @Guinness Guzzler
This is always a really tricky one. I hate this kind of pricing and something definitely needs to be done about it. I'd support a boycott. That being said, I personally don't think we've really got that level of togetherness amongst fans in this country, far too many would want to go just because they always do, or because it's a fairly close away game so they save on travel to compensate for the ticket cost etc. You look at how organised fans are in Germany, there's a much bigger reaction to stuff like this. On other issues as well, just look at how the Bayern fans protested about sponsorship from Qatar Airways compared to the reaction of our "friends" up the road regarding Saudi Arabia.

Although I don't personally think any protest would get enough traction to succeed, it's definitely one I'll bring up with RAWA and see if they can speak with the other supporters groups and agree a joint approach. We can also bring it up with the club (I know the club can't affect it directly, but they can add their voice to any calls for a similar price cap to the one in the PL). Ultimately Leeds, and others, are taking the piss out of supporters of all clubs in the league and so fans groups have to have a voice about it. I know some at RAWA are also involved with the FSA so I'll ask if they are looking to comment on it as well, since they can speak with all the other supporters groups in the league. Will definitely raise it, fans in this country deserve better

I really don’t see what the problem is. Everything’s more expensive now a days, works out 50p a minute. Nout really
Wow.
This type of acceptance of blatant piss taking is the exact reason that blatant piss takers get away with it.

Wake Man U fool.

47 quid to watch a second tier game midweek is an absolute disgrace.

U seem like the type of bloke who thinks freddos are value for money at 70p and space raiders are worth 60p aswell.
Mug.

Disgusting behaviour the EFL need to put a stop to this. I hope they end up back in League One. Then we will see how much they charge.

Be class to see two lads go down with a big fuck off flag saying ‘you greedy bastards’

Won’t happen we’ll still sell out
I've been looking for the link - but 2 fans did this for a german club a few yrs back - no other fans went, with a big flag saying something like 'this is the future of football - no fans inside stadiums'.

It is easy if everyone agreed not to go, they won't though they'll just piss and moan while paying it.
It’s been “the Sunderland way” for a while now.
Unfortunately the game has been gradually priced out of the real fans’ pockets for years tho. Players’ wages and transfer fees are getting crazy, so Sky etc will continue to run the match schedules and those that do go will be paying more and more.

Unless we are the only Leeds Cat A game ( very unlikely) then it’s not as if we are the only ones getting a £47 price.
Their thinking could be that less away fans means less bother, less stewarding/police costs, less audible away support etc with roughly the same income. Worrying.

Don’t both clubs set the prices for always or have to agree to a price or is that in cup competitions

if there charging us £47 only right we charge them the same price

£47 away tickets are affordable.

People spend this buying their bag of toot at the weekend or tabs. If people get their priorities right things become affordable.

Be nice marra
