Lee Clark Appointed Hartlepool Head Coach

I’d be gutted if I was a Poole fan mind.

Has he ever actually done anything in management bar a decent run at Huddersfield about 20 year ago?
He had Keegans backroom staff like McDermott and Fazakerley at Huddersfield and Birmingham so it was probably more like they were the brains. He also had Jordan Rhodes whose like League One Mbappe. Even then he still couldn't them out of League One. Very average manager and that's me being kind

Yeah but he wore ‘that t shirt’ and had the temerity to nail his boyhood club affiliations to the mast of NUFC, so he is the devil incarnate.
Thus he is a failure
Do keep up
Given he's done fuck all of note in management and his previous roles to Rotherham were in Oman and Sudan he's not exactly a success. Regardless of any daft t shirts, but you know that.
Fair enough, I don't know the ins and outs, only it wasn't his fault, it was everyone else's, according to him.
They were six points from safety when he took over, they finished 8 points from safety.

Looks like the cheapest option, can’t see why he was chosen when they have already have had a more experienced and better manager in Simon Grayson who has at least achieved something in management

Since his 6 month spell at Bury in 2017 he's managed Blyth Spartans, Al Merrikh in Sudan twice, Al Ittihad in Oman and a spell as DOF at Newcastle Blue Star. Not sure how he wangled the job at Rotherham on the back of that but it shows once your name is back out there and people remember you exist you will get opportunities. He's done nothing on over 10 years to warrant a National League job and even then he's been utter shit everywhere bar that undefeated run at Huddersfield nearly 15 years ago - and still didn't get them promoted.
