Le Fée’s debut performance

His first touch was the best bit of control we’ve seen all season.
His secondary nd touch was Angeleri-esque
i thought his first touch he passed the ball to one of theirs and the second he crossed it into the stands. i'm probably wrong like. anyway, i was impressed by the lad, apart from his obvious talent his work ethic seemed to be spot on. after isidors second miss he was one of the first over to him to console him. same with roberts after the final whistle who led him to the crowd.

Thoughts?

For me, I thought you could see the quality was there, though maybe lacking in match fitness a touch.

I thought the chemistry wasn’t there with Cirkin yet, which I guess could be down to language barrier atm, and I think it will come with practice.

He looked to me like he will be better suited to a cm role, but it’s good to see that he’s adaptable enough that he isn’t just restricted to playing as a 6, 8, or a 10, as he could play on either wing too.

7/10 hopefully there’s much more to come.
7/10 is a fair rating.

You could see the quality of his output start to waver around 60 minutes

A brave decision to keep him on until the end

They should communicate in English in that case cos Le Fée's is fantastic.

his first 2 touches reminded me of paul mcshane. after that he was excellent. looks like a proper team player and worked his socks off.
My recollection of his first touch was he received a 30 yards diagonal ball to him and killed it stone dead with the outside of his foot, it looked sublime but was at the opposite corner of the pitch from where I was and haven't seen any replays yet so could be wrong.

I was very impressed with his style, coolness, touch and workrate.
It was a very good debut.
Don’t get the “he’s not a winger” comments tbh. He wasn’t playing as an out and out ‘winger’, he was playing as ‘left side midfield’ and as such he looked very, very impressive.
He certainly gave me high hopes of a great future at the club.
He did tire around the 70 minute mark and his touch and concentration levels dropped, but he dug in wonderfully and lasted the remainder of the game very well indeed.
8 out of 10 overall.

I thought he was ok and you can see his obvious class with some of his touches and passes but it's going to take three or four games for him to get up to full match readiness.
He played much too narrow in the first half which gave us no width and we were wide open down our flanks.
Looked like Regi had a word at half time and told him we needed width and protection down that side and he was much better then.
His corners were very good and I'd like to think he's on penalties once he's settled in!

Utterly wasted on the wing. Needs to be given free role in the middle of the pitch with instructions on give the ball to him at all times.

Not having a left winger is vile atm.
If we had had Mundle or Watson on the left last night, and Le Fee in the middle, we win that game 100%.

Rigg will be the one to drop to the bench. Thinking about it a midfield three of Jobe, Neil and Le Fée, with Samed, Rigg and Aleksic as back up is pretty mindboggling. And Browne not even on the bench.
The strength in depth is potentially very impressive. Along with Mundle and Tommy coming back I just have a feeling we’re going to go on a run soon with these young lads if Regis can get them to believe they’re as good as anyone in this league and getting a bit nastier about it. Based on Neil’s post match interview I think the last 10 minutes of that match could prove to be very important

This. Don't care who makes way but he has to play through the middle.
Nah until we have a proper left winger back such as Mundle or Watson I’m happy to have a load of absolute quality in that midfield. He was great, got a wand in both feet and linked up very well out there. We played a top team at this level away from home, were the better sides, created great chances and fluffed our lines. That nowt to do with him playing wide

You can tell he's a very good player and given another couple of games he'll be tearing teams apart imo. Think it was tactical to put him on the left yesterday and he'll be in the middle on Tuesday.

It’ll be interesting to see how the coach accommodates Enzo Jobe, Neil and Rigg together. Perhaps Rigg will start wide right?
