Le Fée’s debut performance

He looked great.

We have a huge amount of potential in our young team but I honestly think our biggest problem might be he is a cut above the rest and whether they will have an understanding of his game.

He tried a few things tonight that were very clever but only work if the players around you are on the same wavelength.

Hopefully it will click with more time together.

Looks a quality player.
Ran out of steam last 15-20 mins.
I was screaming for Regis to take him off. But he didn’t, and it makes sense to be fair.

He’ll never get up to speed coming off after 60 minutes. Not when we play / recover / rest / train and play again.

Needs to push through it.

Thought he looked a player, better utilised through the middle where he’d have more options to pass and move, looked like he could get out of tight situations on YouTube too.

First half I thought he was OK, not that involved really.

But the tip toe past his man and ball to Isidor was top class 2nd half. Proper eye of the needle stuff.

Looks like he has a canny shot and a decent set piece. He's only going to get better.

I’ll go against the grain here by the looks of it but I thought he was poor in that position. Had a lot of space given to him and did little with it. Obviously a good player and did nothing wrong but he can’t play that position. Needs to be central.

Did very little wrong and made the pass of the game. Wait till he's up to speed. He'll help us win this league, proper footballer.

Thoughts?

For me, I thought you could see the quality was there, though maybe lacking in match fitness a touch.

I thought the chemistry wasn’t there with Cirkin yet, which I guess could be down to language barrier atm, and I think it will come with practice.

He looked to me like he will be better suited to a cm role, but it’s good to see that he’s adaptable enough that he isn’t just restricted to playing as a 6, 8, or a 10, as he could play on either wing too.

7/10 hopefully there’s much more to come.
Has to drop jobe or neil for that...
I don't think Le Bris has any intention to keep him out wide
Based on?

The best is yet to come
I think we'll get automatic promotion now because of this signing.
Totally agree

mental how we've signed this lad.
Jobe and Rigg will learn a lot from him as well.
Incredible how he moves the ball so quickly and i hope this increases our tempo in midfield.

Agree with everyone he has to be in the middle.

We are going to be a f***ing nightmare with a new striker and Mundle back

Looks proper quality but we are gonna waste him if we keep him out wide

I don’t know. Our most effective player before was a one footed wide player.
This one has two feet and created several openings in his first game. He can take all dead ball from anywhere.
I reckon the will score loads, create loads from out there

Agreed. My main thought last night, other than he looks the part, was that the lads should improve and learn a lot from playing alongside him.

Very good debut I thought. Going to enjoy watching him I reckon. Agree with everyone that he needs to be central. Gutted he didn’t grab the ball and stick the second pen away and win it for us, but such is life.
