I still think it's weird as fuck that anyone would care.

It’s guaranteed, as you weren’t and that magtossa will have their drafts ready to goWaiting for a defeat probably.
Not much point if everything and everyone seems to have clicked.Think regardless of how well we're going, I still think it's weird as fuck he hasn't got any of his own coaches in.
Exactly. Who gives a fuck man. Can’t believe people actually sit at home wondering why he has t brought staff with him.I still think it's weird as fuck that anyone would care.

he has only been a manager a really short time - his old assistant is still at lorient I think.
So who has he got huge ties with and trusts from his managerial career to get them to move to a different country , uprooting family etc for a team which may not work out?
It's not weird at all.
I think it’s been pointed out repeatedly that he doesn’t have any of his own coaches. That might make him a bit unusual in modern football (it certainly does by English standards, I wouldn’t know about France). But it doesn’t make it as weird as fuck that he hasn’t got any of them in, when they don’t exist in the first place.Think regardless of how well we're going, I still think it's weird as fuck he hasn't got any of his own coaches in.
Is this a new role he's taken on? We've been pretty terrible at set-pieces for almost the whole time he's been on the coaching staff.Yes, and if he has success with us, he may take Dodds and Procter with him to his next gig.
(Am serious, as it appears that Procter is getting credit for our success with set pieces).
I think it's pretty weird how people expect that to happen in football but in no other walk of life. If I took a new management job on the condition of getting rid of all the existing team and bringing in my own people I'd be laughed out the room. Surely it's advantageous to have continuity and build on the experience of those who already know the players, other staff, academy system etc.Think regardless of how well we're going, I still think it's weird as fuck he hasn't got any of his own coaches in.
Nobody is likely to offer my employer £5M plus 15% of my next transfer fee to move to their company either though.I think it's pretty weird how people expect that to happen in football but in no other walk of life. Would genuinely like to see what he could do if we gave him full backing and let him do his thing, mind.Exactly. Who gives a fuck man. Can’t believe people actually sit at home wondering why he has t brought staff with him.
I find it strange that there are a section of our supporters that seem to want to actively discredit people on their own team, especially when we've had a great start to the season. The "yes man" thing is such a strange go-to way to discredit somebody. I only ever really hear it on here with such regularity
