How hard can it be to find a no 2 or coach. Load of absolute bullshit. I’m sure I read somewhere else over the weekend he didn’t want to talk about strikers either. Dodds will be here until Speakman leaves the club it couldn’t be any more obvious. It sums up the way the club is ran nowadays, more bothered about keeping his mates in a job than attempting to get us promoted. Dodds should be nowhere near the 1st team, absolutely embarrassing.

And no way did we finish in the playoffs solely down to Mowbray and Diallo. At the time, nobody feared for the club because of two coaches. It’s ridiculous to blame them for pretty much most of the things that go on and will go on at the football club.

We had some pretty disappointing pres-eason games like the loss to Gateshead and to Bradford but I think right now we are in a better position than at any time last season. Or any time since we got promoted. Who cares if we have yes man. If RDB is good enough to win games and is good enough to turn the strikers we DO have at the club into regular scorers then I don't care how much he panders to Kyrill and Kristjaan.

The bloke has already said he doesn't have his own backroom staff as he was given staff to work with previously. Maybe he finds it pathetic it upsets people on here so much.

Obvious at this point that any manager appointed under this hierarchy will do so under the condition that Dodds and Proctor are on the back room staff.

I’m not sure how any manager could listen to a word Dodds says:

Dodds “I think we should play this player out wide”

New manager “You won 2 games in 15, why would I listen to you?”

How Dodds is anywhere near the first team is beyond me given last season.

His journey will take us back to div 3 if his best mate can’t get a competent striker signed in the next few weeks.

The new HC will be the fall guy but the root of the problem lies with the owners and Speakman.

We have learnt nothing from last season.

He had his own assistant however. Neither Beale nor Le Bris have had that (thus far). It’d be interesting to know how many clubs head coach hasn’t been able to appoint or bring in at least one coach of his choosing
