It was embarrassing if I were one of them calling for di canios head, I honestly would never come back on here.

Wise words, you can also chuck in a lower league team raising their game, as some others did last night.
Wasn't pretty but we won well, don't care if the goals came early or late as that's irrelevant. 14 shots in the game with 7 on target isn't bad, despite some of the good football played by the Mk Dons could quite easily have been 5 or 6 by the end.

liverpool got a shock last night but came through as did a few others,
the reason the skunks are on tonight is because sky see it as a potential shock,

fingers crossed their right
 
All I would like is for people to learn from it, and think before they post. Everyone gets annoyed with SAFC but you get to a point where frustration and anger becomes counter productive. Is it too much to ask to comment on the game and save going postal until it's finished? Would you shout and scream and threaten strangers in the stands under the same circumstances?

How in any way shape or form could you be that disparaging towards one of our better performers? Did you see him last night? He was one of the few that turned up. You need to have a word with your self if you would snap Liverpool offers of 11million.
 
I was deemed as too negative last season, so i stay off the board if listening to the match if im not actually there, but il still stick to my post from just after the final whistle last night, that alot of work is needed from di canio and his backroom staff for making this sunderland team "gel" ....PDC needs to find his best 11 and get a left back and midfielder before the 2nd september......that could be just the difference !

I'm not bothered about Johnson's performance last night, utterly irrelevant, a £10m international should be able to turn it on against League One opposition.

Fact is, he's been gash since he arrived (with the exception of 2 or 3 games) and an £11m offer for him would have to be seriously considered IMO. If you disagree then fine but to put that statement at the same level as the 'sack PDC' shite is ridiculous.

Gash? You seriously believe he's been gash? I'm lost for words. Yes he could do better and has worked on his fitness. But to say that you would have to consider a bid from pool is ludicrous imo. Why would Liverpool buy a gash player from us?

Only seen highlights of last night so can't really comment, but again it was against a League One side. And yes, I think Johnson has been shite for us since he arrived, bar 2 or 3 good games - that's coming from someone with a season ticket who got to a handful of away games last season too. He was as abysmal as the rest of them last season. Nobody would turn down £11m for Larsson or Gardner or someone so what makes Johnson different?

dont get me wrong mate it was a frustrating 75 minutes but if you are going to go on like that everytime something goes badly what is the point of that? :lol:

It was that alright but some of the crap that was spouted is f***ing crazy its so hard following this club always has been people should be used to it by now.
