Was he not night watchman as he only faced the last ball yesterday?
Bunny, Parkinson and Jimmy are all genuine no.11s and they were all playing.

Cheap Option Gale was prattling on in the local press today about how he's "proven people wrong" after beating the bottom two teams in the T20 group and one of the bottom 2 in the CC (making hard work of it). Then we predictably get thrashed by the Lancies!
Fuck all. We're gonna win fuck all (again)
And celebrated with a shite performance. Overall glad he's staying thoughAtleast Bresnan has signed a new deal for you lot.

I knew there was someone else I thought should be playing tonight!Have they completely frozen Plunkett and Hodd out because they're leaving?
Hope they doI knew there was someone else I thought should be playing tonight!
Even Lancs can't lose this one.....surely
They've started, 2 'in' men outSurely not again
can't blame them either (the club that is)Have they completely frozen Plunkett and Hodd out because they're leaving?
Theoretically we could lose out. If we lose all three games (unlikely!) then Lancs automatically go above us. Warwickshire or Birmingham Bears, depending on whether you look at the table or the fixtures, need to beat Worcester and Lancs - a tough ask. Yorks have Notts and Northants, so you'd expect them to get the four points they need. Basically, a win against Northants tomorrow sees us safe, a no result means we'd need at least a point against Lancs or Derby to be absolutely sure.Given this result can we slip beyond fourth if we lose all of our remaining games or because of other teams playing each other we cannot drop beyond fourth.?anyone know the definitive answer?
Great work Dougal, that must have took some doing! Can you check on Sunday morning for me how many points Spennymoor will need to be promoted from the D&DL B Division (2 go up) .Theoretically we could lose out.
