3 of his 12 PL goals for Ipswich were penalties and whilst they obviously still count, 9 from open play is less impressive.

He's apparently on £100,000 a week at Chelsea. Utter insanity.

When you consider Isidor got 6 without penalties and mainly from the bench, it shows that it was a massive gamble by Chelsea.
 
I thought there might be something there just at a different club, he could be worth a punt if we lost a striker but think he will go back to Ipswich on loan with obligation to buy if they stay up
 
Not the first lad to become shite at Chelsea like. Won’t be worth anywhere near the money Ipswich will have to pay to get him back either
 
One of the Chelsea higher uppers has admitted they’ve signed a couple of players just to prevent other PL clubs signing them. He may be one of em
 
For a cut price deal he could be worth a gamble, he's still relatively young and we are going to need more bodies (possibly homegrown) for next season. Anything close to 20m and id politely decline mind
 
I didn’t want to get involved with this thread until we had played them but he is dreadful. Hull might take him back if he’s lucky.
