Always preferred the strategy of waiting until late in the window, panic buying random shite and overpaying them when they don't fit into the system that the manager wants to play.

Would hate to change one of the few things we've become good at.

It’s slightly concerning. However the vast majority of transfers being done at the moment is for out of contract players, which I hope means our targets are primarily players under contract.

Conversely, if we’d brought 4 in already and they were all freebies, there would be threads on here claiming KLD has no money and we are doing it on the cheap.
