Staring at someone can definitely be racist too.

So you have to look, just not for too long.

It's just like purving really, shouldn't be too difficult.

could also be a sign of autism, aspergers, stress, anxiety or depression. Amongst many others. But aye, it could also be a sign of racism. Just my opinion like.

Also hearing difficulties. I look no-one in the eye, even my wife. I look at their lips, it helps me guess the words that i don't hear. Have these know-alls considered that ?
There are a lot of people who do not have good hearing. A certain percentage of you younger people will find that out as you get older.

It might not be racist, but lack of eye contact is definitely a sign of a wrong-un.

Always wary of fellas who can't look you in the eye or who have one of those limp handshakes.

It'd be a great dwarf tag team name

Mexican Midget Lucadores - Classic wrestling action.

Back on topic...
I've always found it difficult to maintain eye contact with people when talking. Not sure if it's a confidence thing or a defence mechanism or what, but I certainly wouldn't consider it to be racist!

As if oxford uni has any idea what normal behaviour is. Elitist bellends.
