We could swap Le Fee for him?
They will be in parity , eg 65k a week , its the lack of a transfer fee that allows an upfront amount eg 2 ,4 ,6 10 m whatever he would accept and 10m for a player of his calibre is peanuts in the premier league, its same package as say isadore when transfer fee is taken onto account
Why konate has been released so no transfer fee
Playing 180+ games for Liverpool by the age of 27 in his prime and a French international isn't a plater who is not very good

Difficult to judge a player for Liverpool, against playing for a side like us. But he's not really looked a composed international centre back most of the time and especially not last season. He's another like Romero who hasn't always done it consistently but are still very highly rated and will end up at Real Madrid/Barca/Bayern/PSG or maybe the likes of Chelsea.
He wouldn’t get in our team ahead of Ballard and Mukiele. All have ability, the other two have more commitment and determination.
That’s nearly as bad as the op suggesting we have a chance of signing him.

Could be the dressing room environment he doesn't like there , any number of reasons not to stay there , we have a French manager, and French players in our squad, could be just what hes looking for
