Turning into a top player, get him across for next summer? (after the IPL)

His last ten ODI innings are 128*, 38, 1, 106, 183, 66, 108, 133*, 21, 66. 850 runs at 106.25.

In with a shout of equalling the quickest number of innings to get to 4,000 ODI runs (needs 137 in his next two innings)

Fair enough :lol:

I know what you mean but he's still fairly young and seems to be calming down a bit. I appreciate players like Hussey and McKenzie would almost certainly offer more to the squad outside their performances. But I also think there's very little chance of Hussey joining and McKenzie wasn't brilliant the last time he was here.

Just saw he scored another 100 today and thought I'd chuck it out there.
 
He'd be a good player but only if it was for the entire season and included T20's & Pro40's.

Which is a non-starter anyway due to the IPL.
 
I personally think he's a scruffy c*nt. 2 days worth of stubble is the maximum facial hair that should be allowed on any cricket team.
