Keep hearing the name pop up. Just seen a thread with Sima going on about them. They that good like? How?

I'm a member of the council gyms, aquatic centre, Seaburn centre etc, do they do classes or is it a sole excercise type thing?
 


I've never done classes, but my gym runs them so I assume others do.

I like them as sort of a cross between weights and cardio. Good for working the muscles and really get the heart rate up too with swings etc. I find them handy to have around the house in case I don't feel like heading out to the gym or going for a run.
 
I've been interested in them for a while, and did my first class this morning. Cardio aspect was good, but was a killer when working my core. Didn't realise it was as weak as it is!

Going to ache in the morning but will be doing it again next week, very enjoyable!
