Kent v Durham One Day Cup

Kent do collapses better than Durham
Well done Drissell making me eat my words
That’s the beauty of sport. I stopped checking the score because it looked as if it was going to be an easy victory for Kent. I was shocked but pleased to see the score when they were 280 for 7, but obviously all of the team, not just Drissell, got stuck in, kept going, and got the result.
Teamwork and belief.
( But it buggers the nerves of supporters)

Glad I was wrong
I always think it is better to wait until the end of the game before criticising players, cricketers and footballers. A bit of skill can turn the game into a positive result.
( I have learned this from following SAFC for many years, and now Durham CCC for 3)
It’s not a little Lakeland terrier that never stops yapping is it?
No, my beauty is in my avatar. She did bark twice against Somerset but I think she was dreaming and woke herself up.
(Or that she didn’t like Jack Leach)

Of course, I’ve seen you regularly, usually got an SAFC polo shirt on.

Sets it up for a cracking game on Wednesday at the Riverside against Derbyshire. If we win that and Worcs win then we'll be on our travels against the 2nd place team in Group A (currently Warwicks) but if we win and Worcs lose to Lancs then we'll be at home to the third placed team (currently holders Leics).

Does that mean win and in on Wednesday then?
Yep and we need Worcestershire to lose to get a home QF in that event too.
