2-day (wtf?!) friendly starts tomorrow.
I'm assuming the plan will be for each team to bat for a full day. Basically just getting some match-practice in.
Hoping the DCCC Twitter keeps us informed of the action.
Anyone heading to CLS for the Uni game next week?[DOUBLEPOST=1396216653][/DOUBLEPOST]Edit - found this on the Kent Facebook.......
Kent have two home pre-season friendlies coming up at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence; why not come along and support your team ahead of the 2014 season?
• Kent v Durham: 50 over match, 10.30am, Monday 31st March.
• Kent v Durham: two T20 matches, 10.30am start, Tuesday 1st April, Second match expected to begin around 1.30pm.
These matches are free for all to come and watch, with car parking also available on site. During the two pre-season fixtures the Chiesman Pavilion bar will be open to members and supporters and the Underwood and Knott Stand will be available for spectators; Team lists and, if playing a formal 11, scorecards, will be available from the Kent Cricket Shop.
Two days of one-day practice?? f***ing point in that?!
So once again our only practice - outdoors in England will be against a pisspoor Uni team.
