I hope they did their calculations properly! If the resonant frequency matches the natural frequency the amplitude of the oscillations reaches a theoretical max of infinity

Footbridge in Stockton (not the infinity one) that connected to the shopping centre, think that's knocked down now, would bounce. Even with a handful of people , would hate to have crossed it with thousands. The millennium bridge in London that bounced too. Sure it was swaying ? Not just the beer?
