Here man look at that around 2:07, really gives a feel for how its going to look and feel . Amazing man. I remember taking someone to the ed sheeran gig and the walk to our zone took us straight through sheepfolds past the then derelict stables building. What an embarrassment it was. Be like walking through paris when all the landscaping is finished

Am sure there were. At least time and a half if not double pay for probably a half day of doing sq root of fa.
 
Great pics there @yamar and along with the bridge I’m impressed with the progress being made tidying up the riversides down below. As long as they don’t become a haven for scratters, junkies and graffiti ‘artists’ it will make for some top drawer scenery.
Wonder how far the pathways will extend on either side up and down the river.

Number 4 says “new bridge link over Wagon Way to stadium.”

I’ve never heard of Wagon Way before, and my understanding of a subway is that it goes under something not over it.

This thread is 168 pages long and I just dip in from time to time. Sozz if I haven’t kept up with the numerous times this has been addressed before.

The new path is going over the existing path that leads down to the river so the subway is there so you can still use the existing path. You can see it clearly on restlessnatives video from 3:24.

Yes i think the other fella tried to explain to you goes below the new bridge link. Basically it used to just be grass bank and there was a pathway running from the top down to the river. Now they’ve essentially put in a concrete “subway” - it was a short length of enclosed concrete that was dropped on to the path then the new bridge you can see goes straight over the top of it

It’s a bridge over the Wagon Way for me. Always has been a bridge in all the plans.
