Anyone know if they are pulling down the building near it that looks like a complete eyesore with all the other stuff being develope ld around. The club have stuck a huge we are back banner on the side but it would be a shame if the building is staying
I work in construction and engineering, walked across the bridge today, asked questions and that was how I felt. And what is your expertise/qualification in this assertion, Mr Positive?
Everyone active operate it and you can guarantee they'll not spend a penny doing that. The inside is even worse! They could do with jet washing the aquatic centre as well. Looked awful last time I saw it.
Which bridge did you walk across and who did you ask?I work in construction and engineering, walked across the bridge today, asked questions and that was how I felt.
The telly in Keel Square is about 80% visible walking south.
I've heard from a good source they've come up with a groundbreaking idea. They're going to use the traffic lights to stop the cars and let people over the road in intervals. The bridge this conservation is about. It’s about 2.5m higher on the south side so you’re walking down to the SOL on the north side. It’s 250m long, 30m high, approx 3500 people can fit on it. Volker Stevin have no idea how Sunderland Council will get people across St Mary’s way when the match comes out. The telly in Keel Square is about 80% visible walking south.
That’s what I thought but it’s not the bridge builders problem when there are 3500 people on the bridge.I've heard from a good source they've come up with a groundbreaking idea. They're going to use the traffic lights to stop the cars and let people over the road in intervals.
Thank you councillorDon't think so but metro lines are getting extended to 4 tracks which should massively expand metro coverage around the city. This country is a mess politically atm but it's by far the best council we've had in my lifetime. Investing in culture over dying retail is a brilliant idea.
Aye but is that gen. My mate is colourblind and has been knocked over six times.I've heard from a good source they've come up with a groundbreaking idea. They're going to use the traffic lights to stop the cars and let people over the road in intervals.
How do they all currently get across St Mary’s Way? How is that bit any different to the last 20 years after people have walked over the bridge? The bridge this conservation is about. It’s about 2.5m higher on the south side so you’re walking down to the SOL on the north side. It’s 250m long, 30m high, approx 3500 people can fit on it. The majority will just call it the new bridge of the footbridge…I'll be calling it Keel Crossing, why would people not use its proper name?
It’s a problem that exists at the bottom of St Mary’s Way anyway crossing over to St Mary’s Church. The bridge this conservation is about. It’s about 2.5m higher on the south side so you’re walking down to the SOL on the north side. It’s 250m long, 30m high, approx 3500 people can fit on it. I'm still calling the new bridge, the new bridge. So I'm going to call the new new bridge, the new new bridge. The majority will just call it the new bridge of the footbridge…
My Uncle used to avidly read for years about the Northern Spire (from initial talk, planning, concepts), or as the Echo and Council always referred to it, the 'iconic' bridge.I'm still calling the new bridge, the new bridge. So I'm going to call the new new bridge, the new new bridge.
That’s an iconic (or is it ironic) taleMy Uncle used to avidly read for years about the Northern Spire (from initial talk, planning, concepts), or as the Echo and Council always referred to it, the 'iconic' bridge.
He always called it the 'ironic' bridge so for me, that will always be its name. He died before it was finished, but I always think of him when driving over it.
The majority will just call it the new bridge of the footbridge…
