Supposed to be opening in the next couple of months, have any businesses actually signed up to move in? I know RS&A were initially moving in but I believe that isnt happening anymore - Surely it would have been announced by now if any others were moving in

Just looked on there, there’s an article on portfolio north that says they’re looking for tenants but couldn’t see anything about if anyone has signed up or not. The Beam and City Hall both got mentioned as being full though

They did have Royal & Sun Alliance but that fell through by all accounts

Yes that was due to RSA selling their Personal Lines business, which the majority of staff in Sunderland operate in

I’m sure some of the early cgi images I saw had a low level bridge crossing under the high level footbridge.

It is and it's great to be in there. Will be there today and tomorrow. Just a shame the final area isn't full, although I clocked visitors being shown around a month ago. They must be confident of buildings getting tennants as they're demolishing half of hsw for more offices. It'll massively improve that end of the city, if they fill them.

It can but unlikely for the rent that tenants will pay in Sunderland, unless you mean not having office accommodation in that location.

I actually like the design for the last building yet to be built on that small cluster of offices. That instead of the crapper of the two buildings wouldve been better
