Are there any other football grounds in the country that have a bridge like this connecting the city to the stadium? I can’t think of any.

As snd when these plans come to reality, together with the film studios, Sunderland is going to be some city. Hopefully a successful football club will be the cherry on the cake.

I don't see the point in going up to the new footbridge when walking over to the SOL from my pre-match slurp in the Burton House to be honest marra.

Just one of the royalty free ones off YouTube. Can't remember the exact name but it's something like 'Amulets of Light' which I guess is quite appropriate. I'd never made the 'of light' link before.

One day I might set my action camera up to point at my face when walking over the bridge post match. Amount of times I say 'FFS' at dawdlers.
