Any truth to the rumour that you have to buy tickets in advance to use the bridge?
Adopting the same system as the tip? Maximum 5 trips allowed per month to either the tip or across the bridge.

Ballot I've heardAdopting the same system as the tip? Maximum 5 trips allowed per month to either the tip or across the bridge.
I need more than one for my midriff
Bully![]()
Nor.You’re not ‘Inch’ are you!?![]()
I agree, we did not 'Tag' all over. We did creative pieces and only on abandoned factories and such.I don’t really have too much of a problem with it when it’s good! It’s the half arsed stuff that does my head in
Just been down the port this morning, the middle section of the new bridge is down there. Mind it looks very narrow to me
3 inch i think he’s known as.You’re not ‘Inch’ are you!?![]()
There was a bridge engineer banging on about its unsuitability in letters to the Evening Standard shortly after its design was built. They weren’t published but his one after certainly was and they vouched for his previous ones. No, I think they have been very precise and professional in all of their design work and structural engineering calculations. But then they've ordered the parts from Wish.
Aye, but they got a celebrity architect to design that, rather than a professional structural engineer with experience of making bridges work.
Jim Loxam (Volker Stevin) said when I emailed him back in May about the project they would be keeping an eye on this thread. Bet they are all having a right laugh at some of the posts![]()
Its like the everton stadium thread. Someone suggested if the tide rises it’ll flood the ground. Suggested they drop them as email incase they hadnt considered that.interesting how a bridge built in 1927, that incorporates the original 1857 bridge, has been taking match day foot traffic for over 100 years whilst keeping 3 lanes of vehicle traffic open at the same time can cope, but a modern bridge built in 2024 won't be able to. we are regressing as a species
There's some right nuggets who post on here
That'll add extra weight. Stupid at best, darn right dangerous at worst. What if they breathe in for the whole time they are crossing the bridge?
Only without a cheese slice. Will the new bridge be safe to carry my pre-match burger across?
Do you think they’ve been telling lies about its width?
Liebour council out iirc
It'll be back on track soon but you have to meet nonsense with nonsense. They don't respond to reason.I remember when this was a good thread. I realize I’ve just made it worse but hey ho
