Once the lower one goes in the upper one can be called Bridge over troubled bridge. The lower one obviously called troubled.

Vaux is an iconic name / brand associated with Sunderland and that area of Sunderland in particular.

Another business using the same name should be irrelevant when it comes to naming the bridge.

I hope we don't end up with Bridge of Light or a similar pointless name.
