Been across for the match and round sunderland the last few days and good to see a full Volker Stevin building site and compound with all the containers starting off the bridge on the North Side. Both sides are also blocked off from walking on the Riverside routes

Noticed the signs walking back from the match last night. Good to see. The new footbridge even though it will save little in time brings the SoL so much "closer" to the city centre.

Liking to be internal finishes or commissioning of Mechanical and electrical equipment I suspect if externals complete.

Ah, the very first experiment in a long line of Quinny replacements that ultimately failed.

I could never quite understand what Laslandes was meant to be. He had a weird physique - small, stocky, pretty poor in the air and hair that resembled Lionel Perez’s 1998 peroxide do.


In fact, on second glance he looks like Sunderland’s award winning hair stylist, Neville Ramsay.
