I've never referred to the Northern Spire by that name. I just say the new bridge. So whatever they call this one it will just be for me, the footbridge.
There's been some decent suggestions among the jokes on this thread. So you can bet money they won't go for one of those. It'll be something farty and crap. Making double sure I only call it the footbridge.
