To encourage discipline and ambition among players you have to play those that show the right attitude over those that lack self-discipline and motivation. Reputation can't come into it and neither can the fee. For all his limitations (and there are plenty) Watmore puts a shift in and never lets his head drop. What we need are more players with this attitude but with more quality. Players like Khazri can fuck right off for me......tell his agent to move him on at somewhere around what we paid for him.
