I’m genuinely baffled by how badly Sunderland’s planners were with keeping historic buildings.

It’s criminal some of the decisions taken over the last 60/70 years

It was the same all over the country. Victorian buildings fell out of fashion around the 60's with many getting demolished.

Who's going to be in these massive night clubs ? Age group? Style of music etc
