The only way I’ve ever enjoyed these ‘build a world’ games has been when I used the cheat modes for unlimited money. I’m absolutely useless on them otherwise. I played the original Sim City for hours on the Amiga 500, but because it was a pirate copy it had cheat options on a menu before the game booted, and I could never resist using the cheats. Same happened for most pirated games, which is probably why I’m so shit at games now when I have memories of being pretty good when I was young....it was the cheat modes.

Not that it matters to everyone, but it got roasted in a few reviews. I think IGN have it a 4.5/10. It’s supposed to be shite.
It also scored 7's and 8's on a lot of reviews. IGN are melts that blatantly get sweetened by developers.

Bought this for one of my kids(loves dinosaurs) and he loves it, had a go myself and enjoyed it decent game if your into zoo tycoon/theme park games

Might be a plan. If you like the films/dinosaurs/theme park etc it’s fine. It is a grind at times and frustrates the living daylights out of you but you’ll enjoy it.

In that case I may pick it up. Few reviews seemed so say it was mega frustrating but hands on is always a better measure.

It's really good, it's a bit difficult at first and can seem confusing but once you've done a few levels its really good. Letting dinosaurs loose and letting them kill everyone just does not get boring.
