Staveleys craic 🤣🤣🤣

They were saying ‘you know what, we won’t reject you but we won’t approve you either, so we’ll just sit here for month after month’. They could have told us all this before we exchanged. It’s up to the fans now. Because if the fans want this back on then they’re going to have to go to the Premier League and say this isn’t fair.

Maybe they should stamp their feet and refuse to eat their tea anarl

There’s always the thought of resigning from the premier league and going to play in Saudi Arabia’s top division.

everyones a winner and trophies galore

I have mentioned this earlier in the day aswell but what is with the mental health card being played?

I have seen it mentioned a few times, that the league should have kept them informed for the mental health. As if one fan has said it and they have thought that might make them speed it up of they think they are messing with our mental health.

Am I wrong to look at it so cynical?

They couldnt give a prompt response on the takeover, why does he think they will to him.

If the PL and the EFL want to see what effect a football club has on its suporters mental health, they need to get on a metro at St James, change at Monument and head South..........

it really isnt. For crying out loud woman, you are in it for money, nowt else, simple as that

Fuck me, the noise coming out of that fanbase is spectacularly arrogant even for them.

At first I thought it was just a bit funny, but there self entitlement has taken it to the next level.

"The Premier League owes us answers"

"we are the subject of a conspiracy from other teams in the Premier league."

"we have suffered for 13 years through a lack of interest and investment in our club."

"we have been treated with contempt."

"You have placed one of your football clubs — one of your most vehemently and passionately supported — in a state of paralysis."

Then the daft twat at the The mag, has even tried to claim that the consortium was a force for good:

"Where some saw a toxic regime, others like myself saw a progressive one. A Muslim nation, Jewish brothers and a female businesswoman, nobody mentioned how positive that looked in 2020."

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

The only person to blame for all of this is the corrupt Saudi who has been responsible for piracy of the Premier League product and then expected to be able to be a part of it.

Could all just beposturing to force Ashley’s hand. Remember the Quinn takeover, it was off then suddenly everyone compromised to get the deal done

They can’t get it through legitimately so hoping the media will cave into the peer pressure. They said they wanted a decision because it was unfair. They’ve got one and it’s still unfair.

Can’t tell you how much I despise these tossers

What about “we were all ready to queue for season tickets but now they can F off”

Premier league team yet not gonna watch unless the team are minted and stacked with 300k a week players . Amazing.

Anyone who understands what the Man City owners have done for huge swathes of Manchester by way of regeneration will appreciate the heartbreaking loss of investment into our weak and neglected region.

That is what the manoeuvrings of the Premier League with the connivance of the Qataris and no little encouragement from other PL clubs have cost Newcastle United and the communities around it. Understandably, Sunderland fans can laugh about the huge, historic blow this represents for Newcastle United but they should not under-estimate what they have lost too in their lives outside the race to the bottom world of NE football rivalry.

😂 have to admit that I’m devastated not to have the Saudis corrupting local councils and inflating city centre property prices, while turning the tossers into world beaters.

No matter what’s going on, Martin always finds space for a word about us, doesn’t he?
